The processing - using the latest generation motorised axis CNC machinery - guarantees the various components top precision and, consequently, an end product with unbeatable quality.

All our cylinders are bench tested at up to 700 bar. Our versatility means small runs are not a problem, whether for a bespoke product or one of our own designs. Boring dimensions range from 80 mm to 250 mm, with a workable stroke length of 3000 mm, and from 30 mm to 80 mm, with a workable stroke length of 5000 mm.

All the cylinders that require heat treatments or galvanisation are treated accordingly, with the result that they are suitable for use in saltwater applications. Our special cylinder servicing and repair department is also available for products built by other manufacturers.
